1. Eligibility for Returns
At Reeka, we accept returns under the following conditions:
- Time Frame: Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Condition of Items: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
- Exclusions: Sale items, undergarments, and custom-made pieces are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
2. Process for Returns

2. Prepare the Item: Pack the item securely to prevent damage during transit. Include the original invoice or proof of purchase.
3. Shipping: Ship the item to our return address, which will be provided after your return request is approved. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
3. Refund Policy
- Method of Refund: Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method used during the purchase.
- Processing Time: Refunds are typically processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
- Shipping Fees: Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. Exchanges
If you need a different size or color, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item for a refund to ensure faster processing. Exchanges are subject to item availability.
5. Items Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs.
